Performing Teams Offshore Ltd is a unique sailing organisation dedicated
to helping you to get the best from your teams, leaders and clients
whilst enjoying the fun and freedom of sailing with friends. For
the more competetive there is the oportunity to join our race team
as an individual or a group and compete in many of the Royal Ocean
Racing Club's offshore races.
This year we will be racing and cruising. We offer a wide ranging programme
which you can see on our calendar page.
With our own luxury 45ft sloop and access to sister ships in the UK
and abroad, we’re able to offer you some of the best sailing opportunities
available today.
Our teambuilding and leadership programmes are based on the work
of our associated consulting company, Performing Teams UK, combining
the best facilitation and coaching practices with the thrill of
sailing a large yacht.
Our offshore racing is based on the RORC and JOG series regularly
taking us across the channel and every other year, to the Fastnet
Rock and back.
Performing Teams UK is a coaching and consulting company specialising in leadership and organisational development. Working in partnership with us, they design and facilitate bespoke programmes for organisations hoping to use sailing to improve performance back in the workplace.
Recent events on board Highland Daughter have included leadership meetings to design strategies and plan organisational changes, building the team and leadership skills synonymous with high performance organisations and developing internal coaching capability.
